The petitioner being a resident of village Shiye, Taluka Karvir, District Kolhapur, contends that he made an application 12th August 2014 for regularisation of encroachment of Plot No. 19 admeasuring 139.40 sq. mtrs. which is fortified by a certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat. According to him, similar applications of other residents of the locality are considered by the concerned Authority. He also places reliance on the order passed on 22nd August 2014 in Writ Petition No. 12141 of 2013 and connected matters where directions were given to the concerned Collector to look into the matter and decide the same in accordance with the procedure contemplated.

We therefore direct the concerned Collector or any officer to whom the powers are delegated to consider the representation of the petitioner so also the contentions averred in the writ petition and dispose of the same within three months from today. 3.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
