The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking condonation of delay of 109 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The learned counsel Shri Sachin Punde who is appearing for the Respondent Nos.1/1 to 1/3 and 1/5 states that he would also appear for the Respondent No.1/4 who is the heir of the original Respondent No.1. The learned counsel Shri Sachin Pune opposes the above Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to this Court.
