P.C.:- The Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to register crime on the basis of the Petitioner No.2's complaint dated 11th July, 2015, which is annexed at Exh. 'L'.

The learned APP states that the Petitioner No.2 had lodged the complaint on behalf of the Petitioner No.1. Subsequently on 30.8.2015 the Petitioner No.1 appeared before the Vakola Police Station and stated that he would collect his belonging from the society and that he has no grievance regarding the incident in question. In the light of the statement made by the Petitioner No.1, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Leave is granted.
