This is an Application for modification of Condition No. 3 imposed upon the Applicants while releasing them on Anticipatory Bail passed by this Court by an Order dated 27.01.2016 in ABA No. 142 of 2016. By the said Condition No. 3, the Applicants were directed not to leave Pune District till filing of the charge-sheet without prior permission of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shirur, District - Pune. It is submitted that the police have already filed charge-sheet. 2.

In view thereof, there is no need to relax the said condition as it is self operative.
