Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner for some time. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned orders in the Appeal, in the event the final decree in the three suits are against the Petitioner.

In that view of the matter, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to raise the challenge to the impugned orders in the appeal subject to Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
