Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant prays only for prayer Clause (a) i. e. for extension of further eight weeks to furnish surety.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) vide Order dated 24.04.2017 passed in B.A.No.1051 of 2016. The Applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-

APPP 895-17.doc with one or two solvent sureties from Mumbai, Thane or Palghar Districts, in the like amount. Thereafter, the Applicant preferred an Application seeking modification of the condition of bail and accordingly, the Applicant was directed to be released on cash bail by this Court (Coram : A. M. Badar, J.) vide Order dated 30.05.2017 and time to furnish surety was extended by eight weeks. Thereafter, again vide Order dated 21.07.2017, time was extended by eight weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety.

By way of last chance, time is extended by a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety. Accordingly, the Application is allowed & disposed of.
