Both these Applicants were protected by an ad-interim order passed by this Court on 7.10.2016 and 8.9.2016. The order dated 7.10.2016 is reasoned order which grants protection in favour of the applicants, who are students. In my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow both these applications in terms of the order dated 7.10.2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1745 of 2016 subject to following modification:
