The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.2Developers Shri R R Lanjekar states that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court as the agreements for allotment of permanent alternate accommodation have been entered into between the Respondent No.2 and the Petitioners above-named.

The brother-in-law of the Petitioner Ninaben Nareshkumar Shah in Writ Petition No.10063 of 2015 i.e. Shri Bhupendra R Shah as also the lgc

wp-10063.15&10064.15(23) Petitioner in Writ Petition No.10064 of 2015 Shri Anilkumar Jamnadas Pithadia are personally present in Court. Shri Bhupendra Shah states that the Petitioner Ninaben Shah and her husband who is his brother are out of Mumbai and therefore he has remained present in this Court. Both Shri Bhupendra Shah and Shri Anilkumar Pithadia when put in the box have endorsed the statement by the learned counsel Shri R R Lanjekar. On being queried, they reiterate that the Petitioners have entered into agreements with the Respondent No.2, by virtue of which the Respondent No.2 would allot the Petitioners permanent alternate accommodation. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 Shri R R Lanjekar as endorsed on behalf of the Petitioners, the above Writ Petitions have turned infructuous and are accordingly disposed of as such.
