This interim application has been forwarded through the Jail Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai with a prayer that the applicant may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

It is pertinent to note that the sentence of imprisonment awarded in the impugned judgment, which is under challenge in this appeal, has been suspended and the applicant was granted bail. It appears that he is in custody in respect to another case. The Jail Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison has forwarded the Trupti 1/2
