Learned Public Prosecutor, Mr. Thakare has tendered a report of the ASI, Talegaon Dabhade Police Station dated 19th August, 2020, wherein it is stated that since there is no material against the petitioner, charge-sheet has not been filed against him. It is further stated that the present petitioner has been made a witness in the said C.R. being C.R. No.245 of 2018.
