The application is moved for cancellation of bail granted vide order dated 17.6.2015 passed by the J.M.F.C., Khed in C.R. No.214 of 2015 where the accused is prosecuted under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the amount involved is a huge amount around Rs.8 lakhs. He submitted that the order of the learned J.M.F.C. is very cryptic and no proper reasons are given. He also fairly pointed out that he has moved one Miscellaneous Application before the learned
appln.664.2015_17.doc Additional Sessions Judge, Khed bearing No.14 of 2015, however, it was rejected. Hence, he has filed this application before this Court for cancellation of the said order passed by the learned JMFC.

Learned Prosecutor is present and submits to the orders of the Court.

Perused the order passed by the learned JMFC and also the order dated 1.9.2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajgurunagar, Khed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14 of 2015. The grounds for granting bail and cancellation of bail are different. The learned Sessions Judge has considered all the aspects and has given a well reasoned order. No good ground for cancellation of bail is made out. Hence, the application for cancellation of bail is rejected.
