Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Perused the allegations made in the FIR. In our opinion the allegations made in the FIR need investigation. No case is made out to entertain this Petition for quashing the impugned FIR.

The learned APP, on instruction of Mr. S G Shendge - PSI of Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune informed this Court that charge-sheet has been filed.

In that view of the matter it would be open for the Petitioner to avail of an appropriate remedy as is available in law. We are not inclined to entertain this Petition. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
