P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel for the appellants at length, when this Court indicated that, relief of anticipatory bail can not be granted to the appellants, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Appeal with liberty to surrender before the Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon-Raigad on or before 11:00 am of 10th March 2021.

Leave and liberty granted.

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.

If the appellants surrender themselves before the Additional Sessions Court, Mangaon-Raigad within stipulated period in that event, the learned Judge is requested to consider their Applications for bail expeditiously on its own merits.
