Ithape, attached to Azad Maidan Police Station, Mmubai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the Police have filed charge sheet in the Court of 64th Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai on 18th December 2020 and the said case has been numbered as C.C. No.715/PW/2022.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. 3) By reserving alternate remedy, the Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
