The grievance of the Petitioner is that he has made a complaint to Respondent No. 2 - Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee (in short "Committee") about the caste certificate issued in favour of Respondent No. 1 vide complaint dated 3rd October, 2016 (Exhibit "W") but till date the Committee has not taken any steps for deciding the same. It is also the case of the Petitioner that on 10th February, 2017 similar prayer was reiterated to the Committee but no heed has been paid till today by the Committee. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view the relief claimed in the Petition to direct Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the said complaint as early as possible, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioner's complaint dated 3rd October, 2016 and 10th February, 2017 as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months from the date of appearance of the parties before the said Committee. 4.

The Petitioner and Respondent No. 1 to appear before Respondent No. 2 - Committee on 5th July, 2017 at 11.00 am along with the relevant document.
