Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The writ petition is admittedly filed against the question disallowed by the learned trial judge during the course of the cross examination to the plaintiffs. In my view the writ petition is totally frivolous and cannot be entertained. It would be for the petitioners to challenge the final order if the same is against the petitioners and may raise such ground under section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. No order as to costs.
