Learned counsel for the parties and also the Authorised Officer of the first respondent is personally present before the Court and they admit the correctness of the contents thereof. There is joint request to dispose of the petition in view of the Consent Terms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the Consent Terms. The draft in the sum of Rs.1 Lakh favouring the first respondent has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked as 'X'. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
