Petitioner who appears in person prays to delete first and Second Respondent i.e. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sangli and J.M.F.C., Tasgaon, District. Sangli from the array of the Respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Petitioner claims to be practicing advocate. However, during the course of her argument it is gathered that she is not in a position to assist this Court. In that view of the matter Petitioner to appear before the Committee of Registrar. The Committee to find out whether the Petitioner would be in position to assist this Court.

In the meantime issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 3 to 17 returnable on 14th October 2019. Liberty to the Petitioner to serve the Respondent Nos. 3 to 17 and shall file affidavit of service with tangible proof before the returnable date, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

The learned APP Mrs. G.P. Mulekar waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent.

In the meantime further proceedings in R.C.C. No. 30 of 2013 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Tasgaon, District Sangli shall remain stayed till next date.

The office objections, if any, to be removed before the returnable date, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In so far as office objection regarding English Translation is concerned, the learned counsel for the Petitioner to give an undertaking that as and when the English Translation is required by the Court, the same will be furnished by her.
