Perused the complaint filed by respondent no.2 and the order passed by the learned Magistrate and also the order passed by the Sessions Court, rejecting the revision application of the applicants. Para no. 10 of the complaint, makes out a prima facie case against the applicants for the offences punishable under sections 323, 504, 506(II) r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for which the process has been issued. The process has been rightly issued and the revision has been rightly rejected. The present application is, therefore, dismissed.
