The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the process of establishing 'Chakan Industrial Authority' be initiated. The State authorities to take appropriate decision in accordance with the material available, need of the people and the requirements for declaring 'Chakan Industrial Authority', under the law. The petition stands disposed of.
