Learned APP on instructions, from the Police Officer attached to Manchar Police Station, District Pune submitted that Appellant has expired while undergoing sentence in the Yerwada Central Prison. He tendered across the bar a communication dated 30.06.2022 signed by Police Inspector, Manchar Police Station, Pune Rural, addressed to Public Prosecutor, High Court, Mumbai. Copy of Death Certificate dated 25.01.2021 issued by Sub-Registrar (Birth & Death), Pune Municipal Corporation is also annexed to the said report. The said report is taken on record.

2. Learned APP further on instructions from Respondent No.2 who is personally present in Court submitted that, Respondent No.2 also concedes to the fact that, Appellant has expired in Yerwada Central Prison.
