Heard. This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation into the C.R. No.5 of 2014, registered with Kharghar Police Station to some other independent agency like CBI or State CID.

Mr. Yagnik, learned AGP, having taken instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that investigation is almost Uday S. Jagtap

In the light of the allegations made by the petitioner, we direct that before filing appropriate report, the Senior Officer namely DCP, Zone II, Navi Mumbai shall look into the investigation and see that whether investigation is carried properly and thereafter further action will be taken expeditiously. 4.
