1] All these applications are filed against the orders of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai.

2] The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under section 138 of the N.I. Act in all these cases. She has filed appeals against the judgement and orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3] The Additional Sessions Judge has granted bail to the applicant and has directed that she should deposit 20% of the compensation amount in each case. The total compensation awarded comes to Rs.43 lakhs and she is directed to deposit 20% of the said amount.

4] The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the real culprit in the case was one Mr.Bhavesh Vora. He is absconding. The applicant was working with the said Bhavesh Vora. The applicant is now working with M/s.WIPRO and is drawing salary of Rs.18,000/-.

5] After having considered the facts of the case, I feel that the applicant appears to have good case before the appellate court. In view thereof, I pass the following order:-

(I) The applicant shall deposit 10% of the compensation amount in the appellate court within a period of four weeks from today. The order of the learned Sessions Judge to that extent shall stand modified and the applications stand disposed of. ( M.L.TAHILIYANI, J.)
