Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2-State, who appears by waiving notice for them. 2.

At this stage, a limited relief has been sought by learned counsel for the petitioner for making decision of the Scrutiny Committee time-bound. Considering it, no notice is issued to respondent no.3. 3.

Having considered the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the context of the fact that the petitioner is a student, who is in urgent need of scrutiny of his tribe claim, we are of the view that appropriate directions for deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner in a time-bound manner can be issued by this court.

Accordingly, we direct respondent no.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this court. 5.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
