Ms Vyas, Addl GP, states that she has been instructed by the SDO Mr. Mukesh Chavan that petitioner can file the appeal in the office of the SDO and it will be accepted, subject to removal of any office objections. Mr. Shete states that the appeal has already been lodged on 28th June 2023, which is within the period of limitation and the lodging number can be given on that set. If, for any reasons the SDO's office has misplaced that set, then photocopy can be provided, which shall be treated as reconstructed appeal memo. Ms Vyas states that her instructions are the appeal is not in the prescribed form. Mr. Shete states that if, any format is required, one more set will be filed in the prescribed form. We clarify that the appeal filed in the prescribed form to be considered as lodged on 28th June 2023.
