On instructions, Mr. Nene seeks leave to delete respondents No.2, 3 and 5. Leave to delete respondents No.2, 3 and 5 granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Parties have tendered consent terms dated 15th June, 2018 duly signed by the petitioner, respondent No.4 and their Advocates. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Mr. Nene states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of Aadhar Card
84-wp-11772-2016 which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Mr. Darge states that respondent No.4 is present in the Court. She has tendered photo copy of her Aadhar Card which it taken on record and marked 'C' for identification. 4.
The petitioner/tenant has agreed to hand over keys of the suit premises to respondent No.4. The petitioner has handed over keys of the suit premises to respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 confirms this fact. Learned Counsel for the parties also confirm the said fact. Parties admit and confirm correctness of the consent terms. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that Petition may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms and that the Consent terms do not affect rights of any party who is not before this Court. 5.
After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms. Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree shall be drawn accordingly. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
