On perusal of praecipe and after hearing learned Advocate for the Appellant, it reveals that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civ) No.6173 of 2023 vide order dated 15th May, 2023 has dissolved marriage between the parties in view of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 15th May, 2023 executed between the parties. Likewise, Suit No.2055 of 2022 has been disposed of by the trial Court and therefore, the Appellant does not want to proceed further. Hence, permission is granted to withdraw present Appeal from

Order. In turn, the Appeal from Order No.953 of 2022 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn and accordingly, Interim Application No.18942 of 2022 is also disposed of.
