Act to the present crime i.e. CR No.737 of 2017 registered with Satara City Police Station, District Satara and the Special Inspector General of Police, Kolhapur region has granted prior approval under Section 23(1) (A) of the M.C.O.C. Act by its Order dated 14th October 2017.
