By this contempt petition, the petitioner is alleging breach of order dated 15/6/2018. This court by order dated 27/11/2018 granted two weeks time to learned advocate for Respondent to file affidavit in reply. Accordingly, advocate for respondent has filed reply. 2.

The controversy which is subject matter of the present contempt petition is existence of the road.

3. The contemnor tenders unconditional apology. I find that apology tendered by contemnor is genuine and sincere. Unconditional apology is accepted.
