DATED : 10th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- Since the applicants are served with a notice u/s.41-A of Cr.P.C, they shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of one week. They shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer in the process of investigation. On their presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41-A of Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to a conclusion that their custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting their arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance. Application is disposed off.
