By an Order dated 27.09.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief. The record indicates that the Applicant is the owner of premises where the said Mehfil Bar and Restaurant is being run by the licensee namely Ramesh Patkar. It is a matter of record that Applicant has executed a Leave and Licence Agreement in favour of said Ramesh Patkar, who in turn is conducting the said restaurant thereof.

Prima facie it appears that the Applicant has no direct connection with the present crime in question except the fact that he is the owner of the said premises.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 27.09.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is Sneha Chavan 1/2
