1. Mr. Agarwal states petitioner's authorised signatory is semi literate and has signed in Gujrati language. Therefore petitioner's authorised signatory to appear before the Chief Interpreter and Translator of this court to sign and verify the petition once again.

Till date petitioner has not appeared before the Chief Translator and Interpreter of this Court to sign and verify the petition once again.

Petition dismissed.
