This petition takes an exception to the order dated 18.7.2016 passed by Deputy Commissioner, Pune in Revision Application No. 263 of 2016.

The petitioner herein has filed the aforesaid Revision Application against judgment and order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the Additional Collector, Pune.

By the impugned order the Deputy Commissioner rejected the application filed by the petitioner to stay the execution of the order passed by the Additional Collector dated 03.05.2016. 4.

There is no interim order in the present petition. In absence of MJ Jadhav 1/2

7-wp-11782-16.doc interim order there is no point in hearing the petition on merit after six years that too against interlocutory order. The Deputy Commissioner shall however, endeavour to decide the Revision Application filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if it is still pending. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
