Learned APP, upon instructions, from the Investigating Officer informs that in relation to present grievance, C.R No.316/2018 has been registered at Juhu police station and transferred to EOW as C.R.No.61/2018 is pending. He also states that arrest has been made. The charge-sheet has been filed before the Competent Court and the investigation under Section 176(3) of Criminal Procedure Code is also going on.

In view of the statement, as grievance of the petitioner does not survive, with liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as may be open in law, we dispose of the petition.
