Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has a remedy for applying for discharge before the Special Court. The Petitioner has invoked Article 226 of the Constitution of India alongwith section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

As remedies are available to the Petitioner, we decline to entertain this Petition. In the event the Application for discharge is rejected, the Petitioner
upk wp-4079-15 will be entitled to urge all the contentions which are raised in this Petition while challenging the order refusing to grant discharge.

By keeping remedies of the Petitioner expressly open and subject to above observations, we dispose of the Petition. All contentions on merits are expressly kept open.
