DATE : 09 OCTOBER 2023 P.C. :- This Petitioner has sought two prayers. First, to direct the Respondent No.2 to conduct an investigation and issue orders in the proceedings and seeks to issue order on the show cause. 2.

The pleadings show that there is a dispute between the Petitioner and the other members of the society in respect of the election which is according to the Petitioner is an illegal election. For a direction to decide the show cause the Petitioner seeks,

10. WP 12332.23.doc according to the Petitioner, is an innocuous direction, to those show cause is issued are not party Respondents. First the show cause notice will have to be decided as per law and in these circumstances, therefore, we are not inclined to pass an order that is superfluous. The Petition seems to be filed to get some observations from this Court to influence the pending proceedings.
