This is an application for intervention by the first informant/victim in CR No.242 of 2013 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Criminal Application No.893 of 2015 is directed to implead the original first informant/victim as respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
