Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Pursuant to the order dated 10th March 2022 calling from a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.3, Vasai, the learned Magistrate has forwarded his report. From the said report, it appears that the learned Magistrate vide order dated 5th March 2022, passed below Exhibit - 1 in R.C.C. No.865 of 2014 has transferred the said case alongwith R&P to the Hon'ble Sessions Court at Vasai, for its trial and disposal according to the law.

Today, it is informed that the Hon'ble Sessions Court at Vasai has received the case papers alongwith R&P and that the said Court has issued a notice to the petitioner dated 14th March 2022 asking him to remain present on 13th April 2022.

Considering the aforesaid, the learned Judge i.e. District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, to proceed with the case, in accordance with the provisions of law.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
