This Petition has been filed in September, 2018 assailing chargesheet dated 06.12.2015. There are total seven accused persons. 2.

During argument we find that the trial has already commenced. The Petitioner has approached because he apprehends arrest. 3.

It is apparent that he has not appeared before trial Court. 4.

In this situation, we refuse to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction.

The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
