This Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay of 5 years and 360 days in filing the Review Petition. We have perused the application. In the application, it is stated that against the order passed by Division Bench of this Court, the applicant had preferred SLP in the Apex Court which was dismissed. It is submitted that, thereafter, the applicant had applied under the Right to Information Act and obtained an

2/2 CA0/210/2013 information that the doubt expressed by the Vigilance Cell in respect of his brother's certificate was misconceived. No particulars have been mentioned as to why the application was filed under the RTI Act and when the information was received by him. Delay of almost six years is therefore not explained. The date on which the SLP was dismissed also is not mentioned in para 2 of the application, though the annexture to the Review Petition shows that the SLP was dismissed on 25/08/2008. Almost six years thereafter the present application has been filed.

3.

There is gross unexplained delay in taking out this Review Petition. Civil Application for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition is therefore dismissed. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (V.M. KANADE, J.)
