By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner original opponent no.22 challenges the order below Exhibit-1 in M.A.No.22 of 2015 dated 31.8.2015 passed by President, Cooperative Appellate Court, M.S., Mumbai rejecting application for condonation of 5 months 12 days delay in filing appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 28.2.2014 passed by Co-operative Court No.1, Mumbai in Dispute No.CC/I/33/2010.

Both the counsel submit that the order impugned in the present Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, present Writ Petition is dismissed for the reasons recorded in connected in Writ Petition No.564 of 2016.
