The Petitioner's counsel is permitted to amend the Petition so as to implead the Respondent No.3. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

With consent of the parties, heard finally and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

By filing this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking the following relief.

That this Court be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order under Article 227 of Constitution of India, calling for the records sand proceedings relating to various change reports bearing 154 of 2010, 916 of 2010, 48 of 2015, 1315 of 2015 and 1515 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner as well as other trustees and Vishal Parekar 1/2

51-wp-3410-2018.doc direct the Respondent No. 1 to decide the said change reports within stipulated time period.

Having gone through the prayer clause, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Competent Authority of Respondent No. 1 to decide the Change Reports as expeditiously as possible keeping in view the urgency and the priority. 5.

Needless to say that, we have not commented upon the merits of the matter.

All contentions are kept open.

The Petition is disposed of.
