The petition is fled seeking a direction to the Respondents to take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20/08/2014 and register an FIR. 3.
We have perused the said complaint, which is at Ex-C to the petition. The complaint is addressed to the Deputy AJN
2/2 17 WP-4087.14.doc Commissioner of Police, Zone-III, Kalyan. The complaint is therefore rightly not entertained. The petitioner ought to have addressed the complaint to the Station House Ofcer of the concerned Police Station under Section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. In the above circumstances, we refuse to entertain this petition.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Station House Ofcer of the concerned Police Station under Section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. in respect of the grievance made out in the said complaint at Ex-C to the petition. If such a complaint is made, the Station House Ofcer of the concerned Police Station shall take appropriate action as per law. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of. (SMT. BHARATI H.
