Mr. Pai, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that out of 5 CRs/FIRs registered with EoW, charge-sheet has been filed in 1 CR, namely, in CR. No. 116 of 2012. She further submitted that so far as other 4 CRs are concerned, investigation is being supervised by the ACP of EoW. She further submitted that so far as CR registered with Mulund Police Station[CR. No. 427 of 2015] and CR registered Juhu Police Station[CR No. 8 of 2015] are concerned, the investigation is at the fag end and appropriate reports would be filed before the concerned Court in the near future. Statement is accepted. 2.
