The Applicant apprehending her arrest in connection with the investigation of Crime No.58 of 2017 registered with Alankar Police Station, Dist. Pune under Section 420, 406 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. is seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

The aforesaid offence is registered on the basis of the FIR dated 22.04.2017 by Ratnakar Mate.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused record.

It appears that there were similar offences registered against the Applicant in Thane and Nashik district, in which the Applicant is stated to have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. The father of the Applicant, who is the main accused was arrested and has been released on regular bail by this Court in June, 2021. The record also discloses that property worth Rs.15 Crores has already been attached in the offence. Interim protection was granted by this Court on 13.12.2021 on condition of attendance which is operating till today. Indisputably the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the investigating agency.

The learned APP on instructions states that the investigation is at a concluding stage and the chargesheet is likely to be filed shortly.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.12.2021 subject to the condition that the Applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigating agency as and when required and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.
