P.C.:- The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the police have completed investigation and are in the process of submitting "BSummary Report" in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 65th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. The report dated 22nd March, 2019, addressed to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Mumbai signed by the Investigating Officer in that behalf is tendered across the bar and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the apprehension of arrest of the Applicants do not survive.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
