1] The petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. The respondent was transferred from Aurangabad to Dhule. The respondent challenged his transfer by filing an Original Application, before the Central Administrative Tribunal, which was allowed. His order of transfer was set aside.
2] Ms Masurkar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner after taking instructions submits that in the meantime the respondent has been transferred to New Delhi and he has joined the said post.
3] In view of this, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
