1] Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard by consent. 2] The Petitioners have approached this Court with a grievance that though the Petitioners have completed three years tenure as Shikshan Sevak, the Petitioners' services have not been regularised as Assistant Teacher.

3] It is the case of the Petitioners that the Petitioners are teachers who are covered under three categories in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 and companion matters decided on 10th July 2017. In that view of the matter, the Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted for regularising the services of the Petitioners as Assistant Teachers in accordance with the view taken by this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 alongwith companion matters decided on 10th July 2017. The same to be done within a period of four weeks from today.
