ORDER:

Without going into the merits or otherwise of the matter, at the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we permit the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent No.2-Chief Engineer, HQ. Southern Command, Pune, for re-consideration of it's case of removal from the approval list. If such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.2 expeditiously and in any event within six weeks from the date of submission of the said representation. It is expected of Respondent No.2 to decide the representation sympathetically considering the internal correspondence of the office of the Respondent No.2 and the subsequent events, without being influenced by the impugned order dated 14 September 2015.
