1.
By these applications, the applicant/first informant is seeking for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.1 by suspending their sentence during pendency of appeals filed by them. Respondent no.1 in these applications are convicted by Chitra Sonawane 2/5
the learned trial court for offences punishable under Section 306 and 323 of Indian Penal Code as well as u/s 3(1)(x) of the The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989.
2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for applicant/first informant. She argued that after release of respondent no.1 in pursuant to order dated 21.8.2018 by this Court, hoardings are affixed in the locality mentioning that tiger is returning with same fury. This according to learned counsel for the applicant is terrorizing the applicant and her complaints lodged to several authorities are not entertained by those authorities. Learned counsel for respondent no.1/appellant submits that appellants were released in pursuant to release warrant dated 27.8.2018 whereas, according to applicant/first informant the hoardings were installed in the locality on 23.08.2018. Learned counsel has pointed out that the release warrants were issued by the learned Additional Sessions Chitra Sonawane 3/5
Judge, Thane on 27.8.2018.
3.
Release warrants dated 27.8.2019 makes it clear that respondent no.1 in all these cases were in jail when the hoardings came to be installed in the locality. So far as, non entertainment of complaints by the authorities is concerned, it is for the applicant to take recourse to the law. 4.
No case for cancellation of bail as such is made out. The applications are, therefore, unmerited. Hence, the following order.
